Turn off the M5 at Junction 27 for Tiverton (A361). At the roundabout take the A396 towards Minehead. After approximately half an hour you will pass through the village of Bridgetown, 500m later turn left to Winsford.

Pass the post office and garage on your right. Ball Cottage is situated 200m along on the left hand side.
