Ball Cottage is situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Winsford, within the Exmoor National Park

The cottage has all the character you would expect from an old cottage (17th Century, possibly earlier, but we can't prove it).

There's an open fire, a disused bread oven, tile and wood floors and a leaded window in the main bedroom.

Set beside the quiet Exford road, the cottage has roses climbing up the wall and a large garden that goes down to the River Exe where there is a packhorse bridge.

When the river is low, children have a great time paddling and exploring under the bridges.
